Miss B

During this period, a doctor questioned Miss B about her previous CD4 blood tests, which she answered negatively. This prompted an explanation about the test’s role in assessing immunity levels. Post the CD4 test, Miss B received a swift call within 24 hours, disclosing a diagnosis of HIV positivity with a CD4 count of 164, indicating advanced HIV (normal counts should exceed 250).
